Jeff the repairman is fairly nice, and does a good job on the repairs with a reasonable price. However his wife should be caged! She would scare a baby and then tell you she is justifed for doing so! She has no respect for the customer and will call you names if you question their policies. All she cares about is getting paid and not building customer relationships. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered! BTW, on the door they have the credit card signs, however when you walk in the door they only take cash. Sounds like a scam. Beware!!! Take your equipment to Esposito’s down the street. That is who I originally thought I was taking my equipment to. BIG MISTAKE!!!
