I've been a customer of the storage facility for over 2 years. Whenever I've stopped there in the past, the outside outlets where customers are to attach their extension cords for lighting up a unit never work. I've been forced to go from one outlet to the other to check if they are operable. I also noticed that my monthly unit charge was increased without any written notice to me whatsoever. As it stands, the rental price for the unit is high enough, but not receiving any notification about the increase isn't the professional way in which to do business. Overall, the units and area surrounding them are clean, but the overhead hallway lights don't always come on when you need them.
